Positions Available:
1. Senior Security Supervisor (Process Plant)
- Daily management of all security operations in the processing plant’s Critical Production Area (CPA) particularly the Gold Room.
- Provide operational advice on all Process Plant security issues.
- Troubleshoot Process Plant security issues, identify threats, vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies and recommendations in order to mitigate the identified risks.
- Develop Process Plant Security operational recommendations, analyzing requirements and develop solutions.

2. Senior Security Supervisor (Investigations)
- Contribute to the identification and development of Akyem security contract tender specifications, and performance requirements and measures.
- Lead and manage the investigations aspect of the outsourced security contract including execution of security tasks to the appropriate standard of investigative and analytical functions.
- Track contractor performance as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) and manage any non-conformance and performance.
- Communicate security problems or unusual events to the Site Security Manager.
