- Sell more hygiene and cleaning chemicals and other things to customers in the same country.
Essential Functions:
- Getting leads and prospects and turning them into customers.
- Managing the accounts you get while figuring out what your customers need.
- Using analytical research tools and resources to better target your prospects.
- Using product knowledge and return on investment (ROI) to teach and sell.
- Show that you’re good at sales by getting people interested and building business relationships.
- Call potential clients and talk to them about doing business and growing.
- Show samples, MSDS, TDS, and focus on how well products work. Quote costs, explain terms of credit, and make sales contracts.
- Develop and keep good relationships with people in operations, accounts, and purchasing.
- Work with the admin team to investigate and solve customer problems and keep track of deliveries and back-ordered items.
- Work with the accounts team to make sure customers pay invoices within the terms agreed upon. Submit sales reports on time.

Needed Qualifications and Experience
- A degree or diploma from a university;
- At least three years of experience selling and marketing chemicals and cleaning products;
- Knowledge of the health care/hospital, laundry, building management, hotel, and restaurant trade and structure.
- Ghana License to drive; Know how to clean, keep things sanitary, and use other HORECA products.
- A professional attitude, a lively personality, and the ability to make leads and customers trust you.
- Self-starter with clear goals who can work on their own and as part of a team and wants to be the best.
- Be able to keep a high level of self-motivation, focus, and enthusiasm every day.
- Have great communication, listening, and customer service skills.
- Speak English well and be able to speak clearly in person and over the phone.
- Knowledge of computers, including how to use and keep a customer database and how to use Microsoft Office and the Internet;
- Skill in writing clear letters;
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and sell a variety of products;
- The ability to take in information and use feedback to make a business talk interactive.
- Strong closing skills.
