North Star Partners Calls For Job Applications. They are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of the Business, identifying potential clients, getting them excited about the service offerings and possibilities, negotiating and signing them on.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for the entire sales chain, including prospecting, reaching out, taking meetings and deal closing;
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their organizational pain points and effectively link product features and benefits to the client’s needs including anticipating their needs;
- Account manage your clients, develop and settle them in collaboration with assigned consultant;
- Give regular market feedback of our product and service offerings;
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to management;
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the marketplace;
- Provide quarterly competitor analysis showcasing trends, new developments, and recommendations for getting /maintaining competitive edge.
Who we are looking for:
- Experienced, well connected and organized business development person with great knowledge of sales techniques in B2B sales;
- A self-starter, keen, ambitious and hungry to get results including being an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems;
- Relentless and experienced in identifying target leads, reaching out and generating sales from cold leads;
- Great analytical skills. Ability to interpret and present data to support decision-making;
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field;
- At least 2 – 4+ years of successful previous experience in sales, marketing, accounts management or business development consistently meeting or exceeding targets in a B2B environment;
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills in English;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Proactive, organized and obsessed with details;
- Strong business sense and industry expertise of selling business services into SME and large businesses including multi-nationals;
- Demonstrate experience of upselling and generating volume growth from existing clients;
- Experience of using a CRM;
- Flexibility and willingness to meet varied hours and some travel is essential to success in the role;
- You are social and can easily network with people of all backgrounds.
