There is a Massive Job Recruitment Ongoing At NABS Group. NABS Group is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the Recruiter/Administrative Assistant roles.
The Recruiters/Administrative Assistants will provide support to Hiring Managers for a period of one month in recruiting 400 professionals for a client in Saudi Arabia.
- Job Title: Recruiters/Administration Assistant
- Vacancies: 20
- Type of Engagement: One Month
- Fixed Term: August (could be extended)
- Compensation: GHC2,000.00
- Office Location: Dansoman
Duties:
- Partnering with hiring managers to advertise vacancies
- Screening resumes and applications
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering assessments tools and questionnaires
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recornmendations to hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
- Completing timely reports on recruitment activities
- Supporting Hiring Managers to secure visas for successful candidates
Requirements:
- Minimum HND in Management/Administration/HumanResources or related field.
- The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills. Good decision-making skills.
