- As directed by the HR Director, provide support for the entire recruitment process within the school which includes developing of recruitment material and updating recruitment information on the school’s website.
- Assist in the preparation of the payroll as directed by the HR Director.
- Ensure that employee records are up to date on electronic records as well as hard copy employee files
- Monitor the progression of new probationary employees

- Develop and maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment.
- Develop and maintain an inventory of all routers, switches, server boxes, cabling, and other networking equipment.
- Document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and equipment contracts and supervise contract-based installations.
