Logistics is the artery of global commerce. As reported by The New York Times, Global Dispatches and others, FreezeLink is Ghana’s leading cold chain transport, warehousing and engineering services company.

We are currently seeking a fully-qualified sales oriented person to spearhead growth, as FreezeLink’s Retail Account Manager. The ideal candidate must have +2 years of industry experience, as well as a minimum of 2 years in the retail industry

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through communication with key outlet reps while actively supporting the selling efforts of Sales Personnel
• Participate in all parts of the sales
  process including targeting appropriate accounts, lead selling, education and positioning brands for success within the account
• Monitor field implementation and
  execution of programs within assigned accounts to ensure product pricing and promotion
• Regularly interact with Field Sales
  Personnel for updating programming
  and brand priorities, brand standards
  and best practices leading to successful execution in the market
• Develop key account relationships that deliver measurable results
  Work with key assigned teams to deliver monthly goals (assets, product training samples, etc.)
• Create, coordinate, and attend on-site promotional functions at established customer accounts (e.g., product launches, and tastings)
• Ensure deployment of communication materials at strategic areas within the right channels
  Increase the reach of products through channel expansion program

Qualification, Skills And Experience 

• Recognized and reputable University degree with a minimum of two years experience in a similar or same field
• A demonstrable track record in
  customer service is a bonus
• Ideally should have knowledge of
  business practices in the logistics or
  retail sectors. Knowledge of
  agriculture, food, beverage and
  pharmaceutical sectors are also a
  bonus.
• Good communication and
  presentation skills

What You Will Need To Succeed 

• Minimum of 2 years of successful
  working experience in a similar role.
  Great interpersonal, report writing
  and persuasive skills
  Affable with a great customer service
  mindset
• Ability to multi-task
• Complete understanding of market,
  customers and consumer trends
  Ability to use Microsoft tools
  efficiently
