reporting to the Head of HR & Admin, we are looking for a Facility Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Wilma housing facilities including sourcing for new rentals
- Supervising multi-disciplinary team of staff including cleaners, kitchen staff, maintenance, grounds and security.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs and ensure servicing/renewals are done as per schedule
- Monitor water and genet levels and ensure constant availability of water and electricity at Wilmar Apartment.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure good housekeeping in and around the Apartment buildine,
- Manage and track inventory of all equipment, furniture, cleaning items etc, for Wilmar facility.
- Manage budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Draft reports and make written recommendations
Qualification, Skills And Experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Business Administration or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
