- The College Secretary is the Head of the Office of the College Secretariat
- She/He is the secretary to the college council, all committees of council as well as all statutory committees of the college.
- It shall be the responsibility of the college secretary to ensure the functioning of all boards and standing committees of the college

- Is the Chief Accounting Officer of the college and the Chief Financial Advisor to the Principal
- Has general responsibility for the administration of the financial affairs of the college, that will ensure its financial health and she/he exercises direct superintendence over all accounting officers
- Exercises control over expenditure in line with the college’s objectives and budgets
- Prepares the annual budget of the college’s for presentation to the appropriate governing body for approval and implementations

- Determine the reliability and adequacy of accounting, financial and operational controls in the college
- Evaluate the procedures of the college to determine whether results are consistent with stated objective and goals
