Responsibilities:
Your duties may include :
Planning, assigning, and directing work; authoring and discussing with employees performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; contribute to strategic plans and reviews, prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer – service standards: resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends; identifying potential problems and points of frictions and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue.

- Must have 3+ years of experience in an Operations Management role.
