There is a job vacancy for Intern (General) At Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Ghana. The intern shall assist the educataGhana 2022 Project Team towards the successful organization and implementation of educataGhana 2022.
Duties and Responsibilities
Tasks shall include, but are not limited to the following:
- Support with acquisition of exhibitors and sponsors
- Support with acquisition of institutional partners
- Liaising with partner institutions and governmental agencies
- Assisting in the organization of the physical component of the event
- Performing marketing activities of the event (including social media
marketing) to attract participants - Support in the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mails,
leaflets, promotional videos and photographs, films and other multimedia programmes - Managing and updating information and engaging with users on social
media platforms such as Linkedln, Twitter and Facebook - Any other related tasks
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills (team player on a multinational level)
- Must be computer literate and have good command of Microsoft office suites
