Job Description
The HR and administrative assistant is to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in management of workforce.
Proven success in this role will be the smooth and efficient running of our office management systems and procedures.
Job Requirements
To stand a better chance of getting the job, you must have the following:
- You must have a minimum of a diploma or degree in sales, marketing, business admin, secretarial certificate or any other related field.
- Previous experience as a secretarv. admin assistant or Ar assistant.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Confident in using Microsoft Office and Google suite (MS Excel/Google sheets and Google slides/MS Powerpoint in particular)
- Excellent time management, strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Innovative and abilitv to execute creative ideas and solutions
- Tech savvy or a quick learner
