1. Deputy Chief Executive – Engineering
- Assists the CE in carrying out official duties as assigned to the incumbent.
- Provides leadership in areas of Engineering involving sites identification, project planning, designs/design reviews, construction supervision of irrigation and ancillary structures.
- May act and perform duties of the CE when authorized to do so as and when it becomes necessary.

2. Chief Manager (Scheme Oversight)
- As a liaison between the schemes and the CE, the Chief Manager SO is required to serve copies of all reports, actions being taken or intended to be taken in addressing all relevant scheme management issues to the office of the CE to apprise the CE at all times on happenings on irrigation schemes.

3. Deputy Chief Executive (Scheme Oversight)
- Responsibility for agronomic and soils evaluations for inputs into irrigation system designs, and related advisory services to farmers.
- May act and perform duties of the CE when authorized to do so as and when it becomes necessary.
- Assists the CE in carrying out official duties as assigned to the incumbent.
