Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Head of HR and support to deliver a people plan to underpin the business objectives.
- Provide HR guidance and support to designated employee area on all element of employee cycle.
- Ensure visible presence within business unit with regular engagement with all key stakeholders
- Work with stakeholders to support resourcing plan
- Advise and coach line managers on all operational employee relations issues
- Work collaboratively with employees ta build an effective employee’s relation culture.
- Ensure effective and consistent performance management processes are implemented, communicated and measured across departments
- Ensure training development plan are administered
- Coordinate incentive scheme program and communication to employees
Qualification, Skills And Experience
- Degree preferably in HR or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar role
