For this reason, reporting to the Head of HR & Admin, we are looking for an HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Head of HR and support to deliver a people plan to underpin the business objectives.
• Provide HR guidance and support to designated employee area on all element of employee cycle.
• Ensure visible presence within business unit with regular engagement with all key stakeholders
• Work with stakeholders to support resourcing plan
• Advise and coach line managers on all operational employee relations issues

• Work collaboratively with employees ta build an effective employee’s relation culture.
• Ensure effective and consistent performance management processes are implemented, communicated and measured across departments
• Ensure training development plan are administered
• Coordinate incentive scheme program and communication to employees

Qualification, Skills And Experience

• Degree preferably in HR or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar role
