East Akim Rural Bank Limited Job Vacancies. This reputable financial institution in the Eastern Region seeks to employ the service of competent persons for the following positions: Microfinance Field Officer and Credit Officer.
Position 1: Microfinance Field Officer
The job holder will plan, monitor, and manage microfinance loan portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for marketing the bank’s microfinance loan product.
- Responsible for disbursement and recovery of group loans.
Qualification Required & Experience
- HND (Accounting or Marketing option) from a credible institution.
- Ability to ride Motor Bike is highly recommended

Location: Eastern Region
Position 2: Credit Officer
Duties:
- Responsible for managing and growing the branch’s loan portfolio
- To ensure recovery of all the banks loans.
- To appraise all loans and submit for considerations and approval
- Responsible for preparing all PRUDENTIAL RETURNS; BOG, Apex and Collateral Registry etc.
Qualification Required & Experience
- A good first degree in Banking and Finance or Accounting or HND qualification (Accounting Option)
- A minimum of THREE (3) years relevant working experience in rural banking
- Must be knowledgeable in emerge T-24 Software
