There is a job vacancy for the position of Client Service Analyst At IC Africa. The position holder will directly report to the Head, Wealth Management.

Job Purpose

The successful candidate shall be responsible for resolving client queries, recommending solutions and providing
positive client experiences by nurturing relationships

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for following up on client leads, managing client applications and fully onboarding new clients
  • Manage day to day client requests with a focus on consistent delivery of an excellent client experience
  • Utilize effective problem-solving and time management skills in client service operations
  • Analyze and resolve client issues promptly
  • Assist the team with the upkeep of records
  • Assist with the design and testing of technology projects
  • Inform management about complex client issues and resolution
  • The successful candidate may be expected to perform additional or alternative duties

Job Profile

Skills and Work Experience:

  • Experience as a client service specialist or similar role
  • Must have an understanding of how client relationship management systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates excellent telephone ethics and client management skills
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain calm, polite and tactful demeanor in stressful situations
  • Possess excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills

Education/Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
    Possess a minimum of one year experience in a related role

Remuneration Package:

  • Monthly net salary ranging from GHS 3,000 to GHS 4,000
  • Eligibility to participate in the group’s discretionary Incentive Compensation Plan
  • Eligibility to participate in the group’s Continuous Professional Development Support Plan
  • Healthcare and pension benefits
