- The purpose of the position is to enable the customer base management strategy and campaign roadmap by performing deep base analytics, identifying commercial opportunities which supports the overall CVM strategy and P&L by increasing offer relevance and revenue uplift.
- The position holder will be responsible for the collection, manipulation, analysis and modeling of internal data; for a better understanding of MTN Ghana performance and customer behaviour.
The position holder will be required to assist in the process of developing Value-Added Services across various verticals; (Digital and RMS) that delivers the business KPIs and objectives to improve customer experience and generate sustainable revenue.
